Atlantis Technologies, Inc. was formed in June 1999, to access and market proprietary technology advances in the fields of air, water and wastewater treatment. The Company’s mission is to provide improved performance for its customers with system enhancements and better products that result in cleaner and safer air, water, and wastewater. Its first two licensed technologies in the market are: [1] an improved bactericide for safer drinking water, cleaner wastewater, and control of odors; and, [2] an innovative, patented filter capable of achieving ultra-filtration levels for a variety of applications. In addition, the Company has established distributorship rights to a number of innovative improvements for treating process fluids and wastewater effluents. In larger applications, ATLANTIS distributes products as system enhancements while in niche markets ATLANTIS provides completely integrated system improvements.
