Email Setup

There are a few pieces of information that need to be entered into your email client to send and receive emails.

First, you must have an email account setup on your email server.  This is done either by your system administrator or by us, with the permission of the domain/email owner.

Second, you need to enter the following information in your email client”

POP Server:  mail.<yourdomain>.com

SMTP Server: mail.<yourdomain>.com

I.e. for clients on the Quantumstep server the POP and SMTP addresses we enter are mail.quantumstep.com.

Third, to be able to send mail you must turn on SMTP authenication.  The SMTP password is the same as your assigned POP password.
