Pricing
Everyone is different. Different sizes, different needs, different viewpoints.
That’s why we have four differant pricing options. We want one of them to fit you just right based on your needs and wants.
Fixed Pricing
This is our standard pricing method. All appointments include a fixed fee diagnostic. When we figure out the problem we’ll tell you what the problem is and how much it will cost to fix it. If you decide to do the work you could write the check right then and go back to your business. If you don’t want to fix it right then, we understand. You’ll pay only the diagnostic fee.
Time Blocks
Time blocks are discounted, prepaid blocks of service that are good for one year. If you find that your business has grown to a point where the next level of service is required Time Blocks may be the right answer for you. For businesses with regular support needs this a a great way to get our great service for a little less.
Maintenance Plans / Per Computer
Maintenance Plans are our most cost effective service solution for companies with regular, frequent service needs.
Maintenance Plans are available for businesses with at least three networked computers but they probably make more sense to slightly larger companies. When you are at that point where you wish you could hire a full time tech but the money just doesn’t work out, your service needs are regular and frequent or your computers have just become that important to your business that’s probably the time to look at a Maintenance Plan.
Maintenance Plans are available after six months as a client so that we can access your service level requirements accurately and give you the best possible plan.
Maintenance Plans cover everything except parts and equipment. Maintenance Plans also include a specified number of Emergency Calls based on the number of computers in the plan.
Why don’t we call them Maintenence Contracts? Because there is no contract. If a maintenance plan isn’t making sense, just let us know before the end of the month and the plan is done.
Hourly
We list this last because the last thing we want to do is have to charge you by the hour and have you worry about charges adding up every time the clock ticks. But to be fair, in two circumstances we do need to charge by the hour. If you are infected with a virus, or you are having intermittant hardware problems, we may need to charge by the hour.
