Guaranteed Service*
Our services are guaranteed. We’ll fix the problem free of charge if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service.
Prices
In general, we’d like to never charge hourly rates. We prefer to do a diagnostic and then give you a fixed price. We think that our service contracts offer an even better deal.
If you know what needs to be done, QuantumStep will give you a fixed price for the service you need over the phone. If you’re not sure we’ll send a tech over for a Fixed Price Diagnostic. If you decide to have the work done the Diagnostic Fee goes towards the cost of the service. If not you pay only the Diagnostic Fee.
We offer Scheduled Maintenance Contracts, Flat Rate Pricing (by computer), Time Blocks and if requested, Hourly Rates. One of our pricing methods may meet your needs. Please call QuantumStep at 410.349.1616 for pricing details.
Service Area
We offer on-site service in the Annapolis, Severna Park and Glen Burnie area. Click on Check Service Area to check if you are in our “No Travel Charge” service area. Outside of our normal service area we do charge rather small travel charges to adjust for the additional time spent traveling. You still get our great service at a fixed price.
Payment Terms
QuantumStep accepts cash and checks. Payment is due upon receipt of services.
